If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you love your child fiercely, but you’re tired -
Tired of meltdowns that seem to come from nowhere.
Tired of feeling like you’ve tried everything and nothing sticks.
Tired of advice that doesn’t fit your child, or your instincts.
I’ve seen that exhaustion in so many parents I’ve worked with, and I’ve felt it myself while trying to help families through systems that often miss the heart of what’s really going on.
I’m Casey, an occupational therapist and parent coach who’s spent years supporting autistic children and their families in schools, hospitals, and residential programs. And honestly? I know how confusing and frustrating this journey can be.
There were days when I sat beside parents who wanted so badly to help their child, but every provider seemed to tell them something different. I watched well-meaning professionals focus only on behavior — measuring compliance instead of connection. I felt that tension deeply, and I knew there had to be another way.
That realization became the foundation of Casey’s Parenting Collective — a space for families who want to move from chaos and confusion to calm and connection.
My work blends trauma-informed care, sensory integration, and neuroaffirming principles — all explained in real-life language that helps you finally understand what’s happening beneath the behavior. Together, we focus on supporting your child’s nervous system, building safety through connection, and helping you feel confident and regulated, too.
Because you don’t need to “fix” your child.
You just need tools — and a guide who truly understands both the science and the struggle.
You’re doing better than you think. And you don’t have to do it alone
