Parenting your autistic child doesn't have to feel like walking on eggshells.
You’ve read the books. Talked to the professionals. Tried every “expert tip” for meltdowns and big emotions — but your days still feel unpredictable, and your child’s behavior leaves you second-guessing yourself.
You’re not failing.
You’re just missing the kind of support that actually fits your child’s nervous system — and your family’s reality.
Casey's Parenting Collective was created for parents who are tired of trying to hold it all together, and ready to finally understand what’s really happening beneath the surface.
✨ could recognize your child’s stress signals before they escalated.
✨ knew exactly how to help them calm — without yelling, bribing, or walking on eggshells.
✨ felt lighter, home was more predictable, and family time was filled with small moments of connection.
✨ felt confident in your parenting again — not because everything’s perfect, but because you understand your child.
That’s what this program helps you create — one small, doable shift at a time.
This isn’t another behavior-chart or parenting course that makes you feel like you’re doing it wrong.
Inside Casey's Parenting Collective, we focus on understanding your child’s body and brain as the route to addressing their behavior.
Through trauma-informed, sensory-smart, and neuroaffirming strategies, you’ll learn how to create real change rooted in safety, not shame.
You’ll discover how to:
🌿 Respond to meltdowns with calm instead of chaos
🌿 Use sensory tools that actually help your child regulate
🌿 Build routines that reduce stress (not add to it)
🌿 Reconnect after hard moments without guilt
🌿 Support your own nervous system so you both feel more grounded
The days of picking up your child after therapy and being confused with exactly how to translate the gains being made in therapy to the home environment are behind you. Each week blends education, reflection, and real-world tools to help you integrate change right away, with downloadable resources, home activities, and a supportive parent community. This program provides 12 weeks of live group coaching + practical support where I walk alongside you in your journey with parents also in your shoes. We find strength together.
Shift from “What’s wrong with my child?” to “What’s their nervous system telling me?”
You’ll learn to recognize behavior as communication and understand how your child’s sensory and nervous systems shape their responses. These first weeks focus on insight, compassion, and seeing your child through a new, more connected lens.
Week 1 – Understanding What’s Really Going On: The difference between “behavior” and nervous system stress.
Week 2 – The Power of Safety + Connection
Co-regulation and nervous system safety as the foundation of change.
Week 3 – Sensory Support That Actually Works: Learn the 8 sensory systems and how to use sensory input to calm or alert.
Create environments and routines that support both calm and confidence.
Once you understand what’s driving dysregulation, you’ll build systems—routines, calm-down plans, and communication supports—that help your child (and you) feel grounded and secure.
Week 4 – Routines, Predictability, and Flexibility: Visual supports and balanced structure for safety without rigidity.
Week 5 – Creating a Calm-Down Plan Together: Develop a shared toolbox of sensory and emotional supports.
Week 6 – Supporting Communication + Emotional Expression: Teach emotional literacy and self-advocacy in neurodiverse ways.
Phase 3: REGULATING TOGETHER
You can’t pour from an empty cup—this phase centers your regulation and the power of repair.
You’ll explore how your own nervous system influences your child’s, practice self-regulation, and learn how to create sensory-safe environments that support peace for everyone.
Week 7 – Your Own Nervous System: Parent Regulation: Discover your stress patterns and tools to ground yourself.
Week 8 – Repairing After Hard Moments: How to reconnect after rupture and rebuild trust.
Week 9 – Creating Regulation Through Environment: Adjust lighting, clutter, and sound for sensory safety.
Phase 4: INTEGRATING + EMPOWERING
Sustain calm, connection, and confidence beyond the course.
You’ll learn how to advocate effectively in schools, integrate sensory and emotional supports into daily life, and celebrate your growth as a connected, confident parent.
Week 10 – Working With Schools + Systems: Advocate from a neuroaffirming lens and collaborate with professionals.
Week 11 – Integrating Tools Into Daily Life: Weave regulation supports into daily rhythms and transitions.
Week 12 – Reflection, Growth + Next Steps: Celebrate your progress and create a long-term calm + connection plan.

No — this is coaching and parent education. While I am a licensed occupational therapist, this program is not clinical OT, mental health therapy, or medical treatment. I don’t diagnose, evaluate, or provide therapy plans. Instead, I teach parents how to: understand their child’s regulation needs, support sensory systems at home, navigate overwhelm with confidence, apply connection-first communication, create routines that feel safe and predictable, Think of it as the parent support you should have been given but weren’t.

Your time is valuable — especially when parenting a child with high needs. Most parents will spend one hour in the weekly session (or watching the replay), 15–20 minutes completing the optional weekly worksheets, and small moments throughout the week practicing strategies. If you miss a session, no stress — all sessions are recorded, and you can watch whenever works for you. There’s no falling behind. You can move through the material at a pace that fits your family.
