By accessing this website, downloading a free resource, purchasing a digital product, enrolling in a program, or participating in coaching through Casey’s Parenting Collective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and its services.
Casey’s Parenting Collective provides:
Parent coaching (1:1 and group)
Educational workshops and courses
Digital downloads and guides
Resources for caregivers of autistic and neurodivergent children
These services are designed for education and support only, not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes.
All services provided are considered coaching, not therapy.
We do not provide:
occupational therapy services
psychological evaluation or mental health treatment
medical advice or diagnosis
crisis support
IEP or school-based therapy
Nothing on this site or in our programs creates a therapist–client or provider–patient relationship.
To use this site or enroll in programs, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Have the legal ability to enter into agreements
Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
All purchases — including coaching sessions, programs, and digital products — must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment processors.
Payment failure may result in:
Suspension of access
Removal from programs
Additional fees if applicable
All payments are non-refundable.
This applies to:
Digital downloads
Multi-week programs
Coaching packages
Group coaching sessions
Workshops
If you are unable to complete a program, please contact us. We may offer accommodations at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
All materials provided by Casey’s Parenting Collective — including worksheets, PDFs, videos, slides, and coaching resources — are protected by copyright law.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own family only.
You may not:
share materials with others
post content online
reproduce, resell, or redistribute
use content in your own professional work
upload materials to public folders or groups
Unauthorized use may result in removal from the program and legal action.
Every family is unique, and outcomes vary based on many factors.
We cannot guarantee specific results from coaching or programs, including:
reduced meltdowns
improved behavior
increased regulation
school success
family harmony
Testimonials are individual experiences, not guarantees.
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality within the scope of coaching.
However:
Coaching is not protected by therapist–client privilege.
We cannot guarantee confidentiality in group programs due to other participants.
You are responsible for protecting your own sensitive information during group calls.
Recordings of sessions (if provided) may not be shared outside the group.
Personalized support, individualized strategies, and tailored guidance are only available to enrolled program members.
We do not provide:
individualized coaching to non-members
personalized sensory or behavior recommendations via DM or email
custom support outside of paid programs
This maintains ethical boundaries and protects paying clients.
We do our best to keep all programs and resources accessible.
However, we are not responsible for:
internet outages
software failures
platform downtime
email delivery issues
device compatibility problems
No refunds will be issued for temporary interruptions beyond our control.
We may share external resources (books, websites, products).
We are not responsible for:
third-party content
privacy or security policies
product/service performance
Use third-party resources at your own risk.
By using this website or participating in programs, you agree that Casey’s Parenting Collective and Casey Lazarek are not liable for any damages, including:
emotional distress
behavioral outcomes
financial loss
injury or harm
decisions you make based on coaching
You assume complete responsibility for how you use information provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casey’s Parenting Collective from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
your participation in programs
your use of the website or materials
any violation of these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
